What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00.
Can I request an early check-in?
Yes. Our early check-in service allows you to access your apartment up to three hours before the standard check-in time, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Can I extend my check-out time?
Yes. Our late check-out service allows you to extend your stay until 14:00, subject to availability.
What facilities are included in the apartments?
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, television, refrigerator, Wi‑Fi and air conditioning.
How far are the apartments from the beach?
Las Palomas Apartments are located just 50 metres from Palmanova Beach. Kensington Apartments also enjoys a prime location close to the beach and the area's main entertainment venues.
Can I arrange additional cleaning during my stay?
Yes. Additional cleaning and towel-change services are available for guests who would like extra housekeeping during their stay.
Is Kensington Apartments adults-only?
Kensington Apartments is primarily aimed at adult guests due to the atmosphere of the area during the main tourist season. However, between November and April, families with children are also welcome, as the resort is generally quieter during this period.
What is the difference between Las Palomas Apartments and Kensington Apartments?
Las Palomas Apartments is ideal for guests looking for a beach holiday, a relaxed atmosphere and a more family-friendly setting in Palmanova. Kensington Apartments is primarily designed for adults and is perfect for those wishing to combine beach life, independence, dining and Magaluf's entertainment scene. Families are also welcome between November and April.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation is available up to five days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, may incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
